Farm Team MemberMcNally Family Farm are seeking a passionate and dedicated Farm TeamMember to join our organic vegetable farm, growing a wide range of salads& vegetables in polytunnels and outdoors.Role Overview:Full-time, permanent position (part time also available)
Location: Balrickard, North County Dublin. K32RW08.
End of March 2025 start
What You’ll Be Doing:Tunnel Work – hand planting & harvesting salad leaves, clearingtunnels, tunnel crop maintenance.Outdoor work – hand weeding, planting, harvesting.Working both independently and alongside our team in collaborativesettings.Helping to maintain our farm’s infrastructure and equipment.Ideal Candidate:Brings previous experience in horticulture & agriculture – in particulartunnel work or harvesting (preferred).Thrives in physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.Is equally capable of working at a fast pace in a dynamic team andindependently.Has experience with farm machinery (beneficial but not required).If you’re excited about working on a fast paced farm committed to growingnaturally and sustainably, we’d love to hear from you!
